Cancellation Request Process

Cancellations can be submitted via email or direct phone contact with your assigned travel specialist.

Key process steps include:

• Providing your booking reference number and registered travel dates
• Written acknowledgment from our team confirming cancellation receipt
• Calculating eligible refund amounts based on days remaining before arrival

Standard Cancellation Timelines

Refund percentages are calculated based on when written notification is received prior to tour commencement:

• 30+ Days Prior: Full refund minus minimal administrative & bank processing fees
• 15 - 29 Days Prior: 75% refund of total package value
• 7 - 14 Days Prior: 50% refund of total package value
• Less than 7 Days / No-Show: Non-refundable due to pre-paid hotel & vehicle allocations

Rescheduling Options

Prefer to travel at a later date? We allow travel credit transfers to future dates within 12 months without penalty, subject to hotel seasonality price adjustments.

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds are credited directly back to the original credit card or bank account used for booking within 7 to 10 business days.
